Celebration Designers LLC designs all event stationery for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and all other events. We will help you choose a theme or come to us with one you've already chosen. All event stationary will be personalized and coordinated. We offer a variety of color and font options to select from. Contact us today to design and customize your next event. OUR PROCESS:
1. Consultation – We will have a consultation either by email, phone, or in person. This is for us to become familiar with you and your event. We’ll go over themes, colors and the overall feeling you would like to portray on your big day. Whether it be modern, romantic, classic…we’re here to guide you. Our goal is to make you, the client, happy with what we create for you.
2. Payment – We require a 50% deposit of the total cost of the project before work begins. The remaining balance is due when your order is ready to be shipped. We use USPS to ship or we can use another shipping company if you choose to do so.
3. Project Commencement – We will be in contact with you within the first week to go over your project and your vision. After a design has been chosen, we will send you a proof for approval.
4. Proofing and Approval – A proof will be emailed and mailed to you for final approval. Once we have received final approval from you, the client, in writing, we will begin production. We require approximately 3 weeks for project completion.
5. Project Completion – Once your project is ready to be shipped, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance. Once payment has been received, we will notify you via email of your shipment and provide you with tracking information.
